Safe Reopening During Coronavirus
We have been safely treating patients with our COVID-19 health and safety protocols since reopening. Please review before each visit to our offices.
symptoms
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have symptoms, or if you live with someone with COVID-19 or someone with symptoms, notify our office immediately.
If you or someone you live with has any symptoms such as fever, dry cough, sore throat, fever, chills, shaking, muscle pain, headache, new loss of taste or smell, call us immediately and we will reschedule your appointment.
check in
Stay in your car when you arrive at our offices. You will receive a text message instructing you when it is time to come in for your appointment.
Everyone must have a wellness check to enter our offices. We will take your temperature on the forehead with a touch-free thermometer. Anyone exhibiting symptoms that raise concern or anyone with a temperature above 100.4 will not be treated and will be rescheduled.
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Only patients with scheduled appointments will be allowed in the office. You must come alone - no guests, family, or and friends can come with you into our offices at this time.
No walk-ins are allowed, only scheduled appointments. Please call or text us at 303-780-7377 with any questions or to purchase products. We can process your payment over the phone and coordinate a pickup or shipping.
masks on
Everyone must wear a mask into our office - you will not be allowed in without one. We have FaceLife Masks available for purchase if needed. FaceLife Masks are latex free and infused with copper yarn and limit the spread of germs through the natural benefits of copper. Please contact us prior to your appointment if you need to purchase a mask.
hand sanitizing
Hand sanitization is the first step in stopping the spread of COVID-19. We will have hand sanitizing stations setup throughout our offices. You will be asked to sanitize upon arrival, and entering and exiting our treatment rooms. Interaction in our lobbies will be as touch-free as possible. Intake forms and consents will be electronic, and payment will be touch-free through our system.
social distancing
All patients are required to maintain 6-ft social distancing as much as possible when in our offices. Due to capacity restraints patients may not wait or visit in our lobby areas.
If you have Alle´ or Aspire Rewards coupons, please have them activated and ready when you arrive at our offices. We will not be able to look them up for you.
office safety standards
Our staff will continue to follow state and federal guidelines in regards to sanitizing our offices. All treatment rooms, lobbies, equipment, and points of contact are disinfected and sanitized after each patient. Interaction in our lobbies will be as touch-free as possible and lobby areas are disinfected regularly throughout the day.
staff wellness
All staff, and anyone entering our offices will be wearing masks. Depending on your treatment, clinicians may also wear goggles and face shields. Our staff will have daily wellness checks including temperature readings and symptom monitoring.

HIGH RISK
